Thomas C Erwin
Thomas C. Erwin graduated from Dartmouth College in 1972. Before enrolling at
Lewis & Clark Law School/Northwestern University School of Law in Portland,
Oregon, he worked jobs as a lumberjack, house painter and construction laborer.
After graduating from law school in 1980, Tom returned to New York, where he worked
in the New York State Legislature for nine years while starting a private practice
devoted to representing injured workers in compensation claims and disabled persons
seeking Social Security benefits. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association
and a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants'
Retired: September 26th, 2015.
